We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Consultant with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, establishing contact, and following up on all potential leads for EHR Software Sales, specifically for Behavioral and Substance Abuse centers. Main Job Duties/Responsibilities:- Find opportunities for sales calls with medical offices and facilities and follow through with personal visits.
- Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new customers within assigned sales territories through face-to-face meetings.
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
- Follow up on new and existing leads and referrals from field activity.
- Identify selling opportunities and work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to increase sales appointments in their respective areas.
- Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records using HubSpot and other programs following instructions.
- Prepare various status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Develop and maintain current product knowledge.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conventions as directed.
- Develop a high level of technical expertise in all assigned products and technical/clinical topics.
- Read, comprehend, and present leading Electronic Health Record (EHR) clinical and billing reports.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

Target Market: US and International. Location: Remote Main Job Duties/Responsibilities:- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Establishes policies by entering client information, and identifying leads.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, and recommending improved procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Industry market research and knowledge of Behavioral Health & Substance Abuse facilities.
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support. Call clients and customers about the company’s new products, services, and policies.
- Do daily calls from the database provided offering MedEZ solutions to potential clients.
- Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies.
- Strong communication, both written and verbal.
- Language Required: English – fluent.
- Required Experience: 1 + years of sales and telemarketing experience, background in market research is a plus.
