We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Coordinator with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Target Market: US and International.

Location: Remote

Main Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
  • Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
  • Establishes policies by entering client information, identifying leads.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Industry market research and knowledge of facilities in the Behavioral Health & Substance Abuse sector.
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support. Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services, and policies.
  • Do daily calls from the database provided offering MedEZ solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to improve customer service.
  • Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies.

Education/Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Strong communication, both written and verbal.
  • Language Required: English – fluent.
  • Required Experience: 1 + years of sales and telemarketing experience, background in market research is a plus.
  • Great active listening skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills.
  • A patient and empathetic attitude.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of a company’s products and/or services.
