Training sessions will be used to train the office personnel that will be using MedEZ™. This training will include an overview of MedEZ™ and instructions on how to use the software.
Date / Time
In some cases your installation and training will be completed at the same time. However, if you have additional days of training scheduled or your training does not take place at the same time as the installation, a MedEZ™ representative will have contacted you to set a mutually convenient date and time. Note: Training session can be completed all at once or can be broken up over several sessions. Please make note of how your training will be conducted.
Ideal Setting
We strongly recommend that your office be closed during the time scheduled for training. In order to fully make the most of your training session, your mind should not be distracted by the concerns of your daily routine. If you are unable to close your office, try not to schedule the training for a date and time that you will not be able to focus on the task at hand. Note: If you choose to keep your office open during training, the MedEZ™ technician will not extend the amount of time scheduled for that training session. If you are unable to complete the training agenda in the allotted time you will be required to purchase an additional session.
Breaks
During an all-day training (6 hours) your technician will suspend the session of a lunch/meal break. While you are not required to provide meal service to the technician, in the interest of efficiency we ask that you recommend a nearby eatery to save your technician valuable time. Note: You may also opt to order in so that minimal time is spent away from the training session.
Rescheduling Training
In the event of an emergency situation or any other unforeseen circumstance (including weather and natural disasters) arises please let your MedEZ™ technician know as soon as possible. Once you miss a training date you will be rescheduled by the Director of Implementation and Training for a date and time that is convenient to the MedEZ™ schedule.
