Back by popular demand! We’ve heard your requests, examined the feedback and cleared our calendar. I am happy to announce that MedEZ™ will hold CMHC Training workshops!

These three (3) day workshops will run from 9 am – 5 pm and focus on the A – Zs of running your Community Mental Health Center.
Topics will focus specifically on User Permission / Security, Employee Setup Information, CMHC Setup & Usage, Consent Form Setup & Usage, Clinical Setup & Usage, New Note Features, Electronic Records, Sending Claims, New Manage Claim Batches, Auto Payment Posting, Organizing Information (downloaded files), Exporting Information and Reports. Plus bonus sessions on: IPF Setup & Usage, E-fax/Microsoft Image, Online Support Portal.
Louisiana CMHCs
Remember you can apply for training reimbursement from the Louisiana Department of Labor under the Incumbent Worker Training Program (The application must be approved by the Department BEFORE training is completed). Once training sessions are completed, the trainer will provide invoices and other documentation for the costs of the training. Once the costs for the training are paid to the trainer, the trainee submits the documents to the Department of Labor for reimbursement. Only costs related to the course training are eligible for reimbursement; travel, lodging, and per diem expenses do not apply.

How do I refer a client?
A referral must include specific person's name, phone number, company name and email address.
What does the referral have to do?
The referral must meet the following conditions for you to earn the gift:
1. Must accept and sign a MedEZ proposal within 4 months of the date of your referral
2. Must not have been a previous MedEZ client
3. Client must be located within the continental United States.
When do I receive my gift?
Your gift will be mailed out within thirty (30) days of the referral's order of MedEZ.
This promotion is void where prohibited or where it violates any applicable laws.
