Refresher & New Staff Training
Over the coming months MedEZ™ is going to be implementing a new system where all clients will receive a monthly update. These monthly updates may include new features, new reports or changes to exiting items in MedEZ™. With these updates you will receive a notice of the changes made in MedEZ™ with a brief summary of what each change is. We strongly suggest getting refresher training for your staff if you see items that your facility can benefit from implementing. The refresher training can help your staff learn the following:
• Learn how to correctly use the new items added to MedEZ™
• Learn how the new reports and changes can help your facility
• Learn how to implement new changes to make your facility run more efficiently
We also feel that it is extremely important to train any new staff members that will be using MedEZ™ by one of our representatives. This helps to make sure they are trained correctly and are shown all aspects of the program that previous staff members may not have been using.
The New Staff Training can help the staff with the following:
• Train new staff member on how to correctly use MedEZ™
• Teach the new staff member how their job role relates to MedEZ™
• Show the new staff member how their work in MedEZ™ affects other areas of your facility (such as billing)
• Make the new staff member aware of all features of MedEZ™, some of which current staff may not be using
Both the Refresher & New Staff Training come with different options. These options are:
• Phone training - a time is determined, an appointment is scheduled for training with a MedEZ™ representative
• MedEZ™ office training – your staff comes to one of our offices for training for either a few hours or a whole day
• On-Site training – a MedEZ™ staff member comes to your facility
