MedEZ™ Client Advisory Board
It is with great pleasure that we announce the creation of Integrated Software Solutions’ (ISS) MedEZ™ Client Advisory Board. At ISS, we like to get the input of our software users. Thus, we have put together an advisory board of clients from across the country that provides us with suggestions, ideas and opinions of what we're doing and what we hope to do in the future. The advisory board is a great way to get involved and let us know what you would like to see from MedEZ™. Thus far we have put together a group of a dozen volunteers from various client facilities representing doctors’ offices, CMHCs, CORFs/ORFs, and Inpatient Psychiatric Facilities.
What the Board Does
Provide us with new ideas for the software and the company
1) Looks for ways to improve the software and the company
2) Gives us honest opinions when a new partnership is underway
3) Lets us know when we’re doing something wrong
4) Tells us about the experience as a user
5) Helps decide what issues we need to focus on
At the beginning of every quarter, ISS will host Advisory Board meetings about important topics at hand. These meetings will give board members a chance to participate in roundtable discussions that will directly influence MedEZ™ client facilities. Items discussed at meetings will appear in subsequent issues of MedEZ™ News so that everyone can keep abreast of the new and exciting updates that we have in store.
