Online Support System
Beginning in July 2007 we introduced a new way to get support – ONLINE. With this Online Support System our clients are able to access FAQ’s, Articles, and a Troubleshooter – which will help determine the resolution to a problem you might have.
Support Tickets
Another great feature of the Online Support system is that our clients will be able to create their own tickets. These tickets can be used to report errors, request new features or ask questions. These tickets are created and retained so that our clients can track requests and issues online. With this feature clients are able to retain a history of tickets and always be able to see the status of the tickets and how these issues are resolved.
Accessing the online system
Each client are issued their own user ID and password to access the Online Support System from any computer with internet access.
Furthermore, we are giving a series of mini-trainings so that everyone has a clear understanding of how the new Online Support System will work.
